Held online only! Discover practical approaches to manage repetitive behaviors and questions, fostering a more supportive environment for both caregivers and those with dementia. Support group to follow.
Session 4: Why my loved one Wanders and Sundowns? The Resolution.
Held Online Only! Understand the reasons behind wandering and sundowning in dementia and explore resolutions to enhance safety and well-being. Support group to follow.
Session 5: Managing Anxiety and Depression with Self-Care
Held Online and in person! In this session, you will gain an understanding of the signs and symptoms of depression and anxiety in people living with dementia and their caregivers. Essential self-care techniques for caregivers will be discussed. Support group to follow.
Session 6: Understanding Paranoia, Delusions, and Hallucinations
